A good lesson in building a prosperous brand can be learned from the small boutique winery in Trittenheim, Germany. I stopped at this small village and found myself fortunate to choose to have a dinner with Galerie Riesling – a family owned winery, hotel and restaurant. You are greeted with a priceless hospitality and you can immediately notice that people are truly in love with what they do.

In the after dinner conversation I could not stop myself asking how is their business doing in the area crowded with family owned wineries and the time when German economy is still recovering. A cherish and delight answer explained why their business is doing better than ever.

The success relies that their ambition is not to grow in size but honestly delivering what they know the best. And that is rewarded with the unconditional loyalty.
